1. About these Terms
These Terms of Business form a binding agreement between you and Yellow Stone Finance Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10734241 with registered office at Unit 1 Verney House, 1b Hollywood Road, London, England SW10 9HS ("Yellow Stone", "we", "us"). By accessing yellowstone-financial.com, opening an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Our services are not offered to residents of any jurisdiction where the distribution or use of contracts for difference ("CFDs") would be contrary to local law or regulation, including (without limitation) the United States. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
3. Nature of services
Yellow Stone provides an execution-only service in CFDs and similar leveraged derivatives. We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice. Any information published on the website — including market commentary, research, educational content and economic data — is for general information only and does not constitute a personal recommendation.
4. Risk warning
CFDs are complex financial instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. 75.04% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider. 5. Account opening
To open an account you must complete our online application, provide identification and source-of-funds documentation, and satisfy our appropriateness assessment. We may, in our absolute discretion and without giving reasons, decline an application or close an account in accordance with applicable law.
6. Orders and execution
All orders are accepted on the basis of our Order Execution Policy. We will take all sufficient steps to obtain the best possible result for you on a consistent basis, taking into account price, costs, speed, likelihood of execution and settlement, size, nature and any other relevant consideration.
7. Client money
Retail client funds are held in segregated accounts with regulated tier-1 credit institutions, separately from our own corporate funds.
8. Fees, spreads and charges
Pricing, including spreads, commissions, overnight financing and inactivity fees, is published on our Pricing page and forms part of these Terms. We reserve the right to amend our fees on prior notice.
9. Intellectual property
All content, trade marks, logos, software and data on the website and trading platforms are owned by, or licensed to, Yellow Stone and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any part of the website or platforms without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, we will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill, however arising.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page and the "Last updated" date will reflect any change. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email or via your client portal.
12. Governing law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, save that we may bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction where you reside or hold assets.
